Can I still drive my 2000mercedes s430 if my rear air suspension is out?

All that will happen is the car will ride lower and lower as air leaks from the system until it eventually bottoms out. That will have some impact on handling, but you can drive it in the interim. Personally I would limit driving to emergencies or to and from the shop.
