Why doesnt my 1996 luxus 300 pick up lick it used to after changing the water pump.(meaning: doesnt spin the tires as burning out or having "balls") :

No, we didnt mess with the timing belt. We took off where the pully was at. Could it be that he made the timing belt turn with the wrench while the car was off. So, the 2 marks can line up at the top?

Yes.. But they werent lined up from the top. So he turned the timing belt so they can be lined up to the top.
