I can't figure out why my listing won't show up, I spent hours yesterday but it only shows up in my garage.

its because of the IP address you used to list it. I had that problem also

Have you gotten your confirmation email yet? The CarGuru Admin will have a couple questions, to prove it's yours to well. Until then you ad will not appear. If You placed it yesterday watch your email today and tomorrow, and make sure in your setting you allow CarGurus to send you email. And if you have a spam filter disable it.
