I am looking at buying a 2005 Jeep Liberty and the 4 wheel drive low doesn't work. The 4 wheel drive high works just fine. Is this an issue I need to worry about down the road?

Try putting the gear selector in neutral then put the 4x4 selector into 4 low. Then put the gear selector into drive. If that doesn't work then walk away from the Liberty.
