What's wrong, how to fix? My dash and head light flicker on and off. Left blinker is twice as fast as the right.

It just started doing this every so
often. And even when I turn off the
car, it will do this until I turn the head
light knob to off, dim, auto, and then
back to off. 98 jeep grand cherokee.
