Have the battery tested, it may be weak. Clean and tighten the battery connections while you are at it.

Yes Battery Is Fine , I Have Some People Tell Me Might Be My Motor Is Locked Up Or It Might Need A Starter

How do you know the battery is fine? Has it been tested? Have you checked all of the battery connections? Have you checked the connections at the starter? Autoparts stores can only test a starter to see if it runs and the bendix extends. This is a poor test method and should include an amperage draw test. Amp draw needs to be done while starter is on the vehicle.

Brand new battery for the car , I'm hoping it's something simple as the starter..rather buy that than a motor
