hear a thumping noise coming from under truck when driving maybe tranmission

although not likely, but possibly a rear engine mount let loose? Check engine mounts and also check the exhaust system mounts/hangers. Make sure they are still intact. Check if you can see anything hitting underneath the floorboards.
