Does your Falcon have the original gas tank or has it been replaced? of course the '63 fills from the rear, this is a known issue depending on if the fuel tank is level, how are the rear springs on it, sagging? the fix or modification is to have a good fuel tank vent hose not just the single hose parallel to the fuel filler hose, plus get the vehicle level as possible.
