Are you sure you replaced coil #1, and I read where if you don't use the same OEM on and an aftermarket brand you will run into this issue. What you can do is swap the new one with coil #2 and see what code you get.

Mixing coils is what I meant. Sometime you can run into an issue, sometimes not.

It's a 1 peace coil all bought from ford oem

Oh yeh, sorry wrong year. Did you clear the codes after install?

Yes got the misfire code after. Could it b an injector tried the old coil and same resaults ...

It may sound crazy but there would be tow things wrong ! 1. the ecu is not functioning properly 2. the cam shaft sensor detects which cylinder needs the spark so may be the gears on the camshaft r dirty which causes to miss the reading sometimes ! just a guess ! :P

Did you apply dielectric grease to the spark plug boot and at the connection to the coil? I assume you did, but have to ask. Then it might be possible fuel Injector #1 is giving you the issue. You can try swapping injectors and see if the issue goes away. Also checking engine compression and looking for intake manifold leaks might also be in order. How many miles on the engine?
