1997 ford e350 motorhome. no signal or hazard lights

I have checked the fuses. and don't know what to check next

I doubt that it would be a flat fuse. Look at your tiny black boxes on the fuse panel. it's probably one of those. They are a simple buck at the junk yard once you find the relay fuse. it will either be round device or rectangle. on one of the faces of that you will see the number 30 that's for amps and the other numbers are 85 and 87 and it looks like a diagram from a football play book. get it. you are dealing with a series circuit most likely because the hazard and the signal are two different things but they are on same circuit.
