I HAVE A 2000 GMC DENALI AND MY BRAKE LIGHTS DO NOT WORK, REPLACED FUSED, PEDAL BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH, GOT POWER ON THE WHITE WIRE AT BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH, THIRD LIGHT WORKS ALL OTHER LIGHT FUNCTIONS WORK

ALSO SOMEONE TOLD THAT GM RECALLED THE BRAKE LIGHTS ON THIS MODEL AND PUT SOME SORT OF SPLITTER ON TOP OF THE FUEL TANK DOES ANYONE NO IF THIS IS CORRECT. AND COULD THAT BE THE PROBLEM
