Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought all my own parts for my 99 Yukon Denali and took them
to my mechanic so he could give it a tune up, changed the rotors
and brakes, so I could it would pass inspection. I also added
refrigerant because the a/c wasn't working. Also changed the
Pitman arm for the steering issue. So all new spark plugs and
wires, etc, etc, now there's a big problem they found. Can't even
remember aallll that was explained but he and a second
mechanic said the problem can be fixed 2 ways, but it would
save me money down the line by just replacing the motor. So
they're searching for one and I'm searchn for one. I'm about
ready to say fuck this truck, take my loses and sell it as a
mechanic special or part it out. HEELLLPPP people. So
frustrated! Thanx.
