I have 2006 Dodge charger and the ignition switch is stuck

The ignition will not turn the car on nor would it
turn it off, it seems to be stuck in between the two

I tried that but I think the whole linkage to the transmission was on point bc I been feeling a little thump when it gets to certain speeds
