Truck won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello, I have a 1992 dodge D150 with the 318. It's a manual
trans 2wd with 89,000 miles. I replaced ignition switch and
lock solenoid and battery. Checked the relay and that's fine.
I tried jumping the starter but nothing. All my lights turn on
when I turn the key but the starter makes no noise what so
ever. The only thing I hear is the relay click. Any thoughts?

Did you check your battery, what is the voltage?

Battery is new as of 2 days ago it was just about at 13V

I replaced the starter today and it fired right up. I just bought this truck 2 days ago and it has 89,000 miles and has been sitting for 6 years. I put $200 into it and it fired and drove! it sounds good! Thank you guys I'll post if I need any help!!!!
