Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The black 1/0 connection to the frame/fender/--the other end, non- clamp end gets corroded easily 'cause three hundred or more Amps needs to get pulled through at that location....Get a new battery, clean this area of the frame off shiny with a coarse wirebrush and re-attatch this connection...is an important one...this is the ground that your dashboard and the ECM uses...unfortunately kinda WELDS itself with every start pulling so much amperage and this does not make for a reliable electrical connection...then driving through water, snow does not help this connection...SO 1. new battery 2. coarse wirebrush 3. re- assemble 4. the connection to the engine block as well~ good luck, I know this will get you all fired up~
