I have a dodge caliber 2008. C v t transmission. Every once in awhile it seems like it doesn't want to switch gears and kinda stuck at 60. Thought it might be my transmission fluid but I have not reached 120,000 miles to get a flush. I'm thinking it could be the belts what are your thoughts

Yes, at 120K, you need to have a competnet transmission mechanic diagnose your issue. Take it in as soon as you can. Get more than one estimate. It very well can need new fluid,parts or a complete rebuild/replacement. CVT's are not know for their reliabilty.
