how do you change the headlights. I would lie to install the brighter blubs

that isn't nearly enough information. Any bulb you put in is going to be about the same brightness unless you upgraded to a xenon kit. If you did that you would want to look into new headlight assemblies all together. Standard halogen fixtures aren't made for hid lighting. Any light bulb you buy at a store, no matter what they say are generally going to give you the same light output. There are regulations. Some are a bit brighter than others but not a ton.
