It's bore 40 over crank turnt 10 degree running flat top piston in the engine what the best cam to use with this set up

I need to know a few things in order to answer this question. I will assume you are talking about a 350 chevy engine. I will need to know the deck height, how far down the piston is from the deck at tdc. Valve reliefs, 2 or 4? Cylinder heads and what size are the valves and combustion chambers. What trans? if automatic what stall speed. The rear end gear, weight of the truck. and how you plan to drive it.

You want a very mild cam for an all stock setup. Something that makes very good torque down low. Your engine should never see anything more than 5000 rpm. I would use Comp cams P/N 12-205-2. It's a single pattern cam with .425 lift and 252 duration. It will make excellent torque down low so its an ideal match with a stock converter and highway gears. The relatively tight lobe separation and duration will keep vacuum up so the carb can respond properly for daily driving.
