I drove a ice cream truck last night it used to
be an old bread truck and it was really hard
to steer i could barely turn the wheel what
could it be .

I also agree what the other person replied. Either this ice cream truck does not have a power steering or if it has one than the power steering pump might be gone (no liquid). Hope this helps.
