Truck won't start. No spark

Just put a new motor in my 1998
Chevy k1500 350 vortec. Put 300
miles on it and it never skipped a
beat. Turned it off last night went to
go back and start it and has no spark
it has a new distributor cap rotor
plugs and wires. Don't know what
the problem is

take your dist cap off then your rotor look in your dist you will see a computer board. that will keep it from firing and it is pretty easy to change. there is a ground wire around your thermostat or at front of motor if it dont have a good connection it will not fire. I also had a ford van that quit firing on me and it was the pcm computer.


Before you do to much i would check your ground wires.that will be the easiest and cheapest.
