how long have you had the remote while it worked, maybe the battery?


Very detailed question... remote for your tv? Get new batteries...


change the batteries and clean the contacts.. maybe the contacts are dusty.


my remote stopped working and the bracket that holds the battery down came unsoldered and it will cost me a 100 for my remote so that might be your problem

    Seems like when I get within five feet of the vehicle it still works - but not without pressing the button multiple times. There is no screw or any other obvious way to open up the remote.
