2011 Holden Cruze scan fault - P2127 Throttle/ Pedal position sensor/ switch

I live Wstn QLD, 2 hours to decent mechanic, Got a 2011 Holden Cruze 1.8l.
with check engine on, had to mechanic, scan tool says - P2127 Throttle/ Pedal
position sensor/ switch "E" circuit - E8 - Pending, They've replaced the throttle
pedal and throttle body and check light still on with same code, any one come
across same problem, cheers
