oil change for Mini Cooper s clubman 2010

i just have oil changeed and have lots of
smoked like a fire from Jiffy Lube!! and
they don’t tKe responsibility of the car they
told me is because you car licking!! but
before i change the oil i have no warning
signal of anything show up til i chage oil.

Thank you so much. I teally make a big mistake for my Mini First i ask them to check for me ..why is lots of smoked like fire after i changed oil then They told me that my oil leaking!!! how come ??!! my car never have a problem with that and no warning sign for any damage too. Then they keep my car and no responsible for anything thing until now! i will never do anything with car for Jiffy lube anymore!! manager and management very bad!! i was very disappointed and they don’t send me back my mini cooper yet!! until now
