I have a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country

What's pulling into a parking spot and i started to
hear a grinding sound so i put it in neutral then put
it into reverse and heard the grinding again and it
grinds when put in drive or reverse what could be
wrong? Ps the trans wasnt slipping or anything it
runs great and has 160,000 miles
