C280 or E350

Should I go with the MB c280 with 85k miles or the
MB e350 with 140k?
Both are 2006 4Matics and cost the same 5K.

Just be ready on either for expensive maintenance issues. Over 100k on a Merc is asking for trouble IMO. However, of the two you listed, I would go with the E350. The C280 is an entry model. Never buy an entry model. They seem to have the most problems.
