interior security camera for car

Any recommendations for an easy to use motion activated security camera for car?  Someone has taken to slitting my tires.  I live in an apartment complex with outside parking.  No good place to mount an outside camera.  was hoping to find a good camera to place inside my car that could capture image of person.  thx
