What does price analysis mean in general?

It is an analysis of the price in your market. For example, the Instant Market Value here indicates what cars similar to yours are going for, or if you are buying, what cars similar to what you are looking to purchase are selling for. I have noticed that it can really be skewed sometimes, but usually it's somewhat close.
