Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of emails.

Thought I did that already but continue to receive emails, these don't have an unsubscribe option, thanks. We purchased a vehicle, appreciate your website, but no longer looking. Thank you

Google car Gurus. In the search report (it will show reviews). Leave a very truthful and negative review as to how hard it is to unsubscribe. They will fix it only when it negatively affects their business. This is how it's done when they leave you no choice!
