2001 Dodge Stratus

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 Dodge Stratus crank no start fuel is
good there's gas going threw I changed ECM
altanator new battery it has spark and Sparks
plugs have gas going to them I sprayed starter
fluid and still not turn over I checked relay's and
there  good what can I do next?

Oldstorqnpower: Before this happened it started idling high, for example I was at a full stop and my car started moving forward fast as if I was stepping on both gas and brake I had to use my emergency brake or I would have hit the car in front of me
