2004 Toyota tundra battery drain

Overnight my battery drains about 2 A I
came to conclusion with my battery meter
it is the ETCS fuse curcit I don’t know what
this circuit controls other than the throttle
can anybody help me

Electronic Throttle Control. You need it. Remove the fuse to see what else does not work.

If I remove the fuse the horn goes off and I need to pull that fuse also. And also when the fuse is pulled the truck still seems to run and drive no engine lights
