Does anyone know what charging failure means on a 2005 BMW 645Ci? It comes on intermittently. WIndows will then work slow, dash lights dim. Eventually it goes away and everthing works fine.

I have a 1999 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight and it has been acting real sluggish like it doesn't want to go it does fine on the highway but when you stop at a light or stop sign and then go it acts like it doesn't want to go. The spark plugs were changed in it and then it wouldn't start then we got a new battery and it started up then died and nothing works no lights anything. Does anyone know what could be the problem and how we could get it checked out with it not running? 2 Answers

I have a BMW Z4 3.0 with a SMG Box. Does anybody know what it means when the Position indicator window on the Dash witch normally shows R N 1 D. It now shows FN or FW difficult to make out. And gear lever is locked. Has anyone any ideas apart from change to manual 2 Answers

What does the orange "S" by my odometer mean in my 2014 Mustang? It lights up and then goes away and I have no idea what it means. The dealership and owner's manual also doesn't tell me what it is. 2 Answers

The light comes on, goes off without any action on my part. It is orange in color, sits right beside my odometer.

2003 focus, 130k miles, electrical light comes on intermittently. Don't notice any change in the engine, seems normal. Goes off after turning off and on. Sometimes gauges will drop to nothing then shoot back to max out. Radio stays on fine during this event and don't notice any change at all in engine. No one has been able to give me a satisfactory answer - "alternator maybe overcharging, it's a ford thing". Anyone know about this?Thanks 2 Answers
