Why do people contact you with interest but then not ask any questions about the ad?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

When people contact you and say they are interested, why don't they ask a
question that I can answer? They just say they are interested and thats it?  I
ask if they have a question and then nothing. ?

Sadly, there are a lot of scammers out there. Many times it is someone from another country just looking for gullible owners. Don't fall for any of the shipping scams or offering more that you are asking so you can 'refund' cash to them. If someone is not willing to pick up the phone or respond to your email, forget about them. They are not a real perspective buyer.
