Fiesta doesn't have power

I have a 2013 fiesta eccoboost. Just had engine
rebuilt, car idles but doesn't have power. Anyone
knows what could be wrong or what to do?

Is all the turbocharge associated air piping installed correctly and are all the clamps tight? Loose air connections on turbocharged engines will kill the power.
