Question type: Maintenance & Repair

63 ford falcon, won't start, or turn over. It's sat up
for 3 years. We have put a new starter cylinod,
starter and battery. It makes no noise what so ever.
We've done the bypass trick and tried to jump it
with a booster. And nothing. Please help!

First of all the battery positive and ground connections need to be absolutely free of corrosion and be clean and tight. The connection to the starter needs to be clean and tight as well. If nothing happens, perhaps try to turn the engine by hand to see if it is locked up.
