Can a dealer state in their notes that the price is subject to a $1000 'internet surcharge'? This is 'bait and switch'- the price should just be listed as $1,000 higher than it is.Dealer is Rt 13 Auto Groiup, Croydon PA

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

Rt 113 Auto Group in Croydon PA drops their price listings by $1000 +/- and
then notes later that the price is subject to a $1000 'internet surcharge' This is
bogus, unfair to customers and other dealers.

It would make Car-Sense for Car Gurus to police their posts for such chicanery. Wastes everybody's time, and leaves a bad feeling about the site overall, not just this dealer!
