I have a 95 Honda Civic and it's leaking from the
inside on the passenger side under my dash board.
Any idea what it can be?

Does it rain alot where you are? If so check your runoff lines might be clogged or busted, a/c condensation also does that sometimes but not often

if you have a sunroof make sure the drains are clear if not and you have ac make sue the drain from the evaporator is clear
