Is a big deal if the dealership list the odometer at 18,000 when it is actually
19,100.

I agree with the previous reply...you may be looking at a Big Red Flag. 1100 miles is an awful long test drive. I would guess someone bought it and brought it back in a month. Being unable to get a refund, they swapped it out for another vehicle. Checking the Carfax report is a very good idea.
