i'M ABOUT TO START LOOKING FOR A 1996 OR NEWER VEHICLE. I WOULD LIKE
A SCANNER THAT COVERS MOST MAKES AND INCLUDES MFG. SPECIFIC CODE
DEFINITIONS. PRICING IN THE UNDER $100 RANGE WOULD BE GREAT. WILLING
TO PAY MORE IF IT IS WORTH IT. DON'T LIKE BLUE TOOTH TYPE. PREFER SELF
CONTAINED UNIT.
