what are u trying to accomplish? By pressing the A/C off switch you bypass and have shut down the compressor

Like do away with the compressor therefore I would need a different belt or the same belt

The entire car design was based having that AC subassembly with the serpentine belt on it. If you want to bypass it, I suggest you look on the internet (or yellow pages) for a local AC specialist and bring ur car to that shop. He would have a slew of belts that come in all different sizes, and can pull off your compressor....and properly seal your ac lines....in case u ever change ur mind// or want to sell in future. That is my best suggestion.
