Since some dealers charge a Dealer Fee, why is this not calculated into the price analysis?

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

If the listing is from a dealer, many dealers add a Dealer Fee or Dealer
Administration Fee. These fees can add a significant price to the car and
are usually added to cars listed as GREAT DEALS. Example, a buyer finds
a car listed at $5000 there are of course taxes and fees associated with
licensing, but if you walk in with those covered, then there is a $700
Administration Fee added to the top, so that $5000 GREAT DEAL may only
be a $5700 FAIR DEAL.
