What could it be?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My engine makes a clicking noise and a
growling noise...somewhat sounds like a
diesel engine...but its just a v6 automatic...
06 honda odyssey...help?

Not much to go on. Loose valves perhaps. Does the engine run good?

Yes the engine runs good...or at least its smooth but at the same time it feels and seems like it lags to change gears...i dont feel the v6 power...my 4cylinder car feels more powerful...picks up quick.unlike the v6 van.

Since it is nearly impossible to diagnose noises over the internet I suggest you have a good mechanic look at your car.
