#2cyl not burning all fuel. chgd all spk plugs, wires, coil packs, O2 sensors

The tech switched injectors w another cyl.No chngs . Did leakdown test to all cyldrs w/ some variatn to #2. He thnks it mght b valv not seating. He remvd vlv cvr, slid rope dn & vlv not sticking. Chk eng lt still on. .He said i need to remov head, send out to rplc valvs($$$),but I had him put 2 new vlv springs in. NOW WHAT to do?It has 212,000 mi. w/synth oil., otherwise runs gd, cold A/C.
