Car is running hot heater is
blowing cold air out of heater  and
engin is thumping when getting
hot I changed water pump
thermostat radiator got three
months ago don't know we're
water is going I put new freeze
plugs no water is dripping out

Check to see if there is white smoke coming from the exhaust tail pipe. If there is then there is a blown head gasket. Also it sounds like there is air in the cooling system for the heater core not to be heating up. Try purging the cooling system from the air pockets.
