Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced the distributor cap, rotor and spark plug wires on my 1993 chevy
350 motor extended cab and now when i try to start it, it sounds like either the
fan is hitting something or metal. What can that be?

Check the fan shroud, but that is plastic, sure the sound is coming from the fan? Just have to look, listen more closely to pin point where the sound is coming from.
