Maybe your charger is not working properly or the power outlet is dead. Check your phone to see if it is actually charging.

are you using the cig ligher or usb power??sounds tike there is no pwer to the phone as said above

I did the charger and phone work in all our cars but not in the jaguar. A friend was on her phone and reception was awful in my car. The owner Manuel does say use of mobile phone can affect cars electrical system.... any clue what I can do

Ok but why is it draining a fully charged phone or bad reception ... phone works perfect everywhere else. Not worried about phone charger can charge in house. More concerned with usage

Plugging a dead charger into your phone might drain the battery. Phones also use more power when they receive a weak signal. Something like this might help ----
