1998 Chevy short wheel base

This truck has a 5 speed manual transmission
when you get above 45 and higher when you're
holding the shifter it's got a real bad vibration in it
and faster you go the worse the vibration is
anybody got a clue to help me out it's already blew
the rear seal in the transmission

The seal is the clue, look carefully at your driveline, it sounds like it may be damaged or you have universal joints that are bad, if it is equipped, you may have a two piece driveline and between the two pieces is a carrier bearing, these also fail but only if your rig has one.
