Humming noice

I have recently purchased a renault fluence 2012
with 82,000kms on it.
It drives good shifts smooth. But when i put it to the
manual triptonic mode there is humming sound on
the right side of the car. When it is on notmal D
mode there is no such sound.

My first instinct is to have that wheel bearing checked. Check both of the front wheel bearing.
