My 2004 Honda Odyssey won't kick back from third gear into second or first until the car comes to a full halt.

The output speed sensor and the input speed
sensor and pressure control solenoid has been
replaced with new ones and the car still won't kick
back in gear. Please help me...!

scan tranny for codes, it sounds like its in limp mode
