My 63 oil cap

Found this white goo under my oil cap not much is
this a bad sign I imagine?

No, just some condensation. Usually changing the pcv valve and the breather along with regular oil changes clears this up.

Yeah I've been driving it but it keeps turning off every time it idles at a stop light gotta take it to a mechanic to tune her up a little
