Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Camry overheated Because a sensor went out
which was the ECT Sensor, it had the engine
service light when it happened. I bought a new
sensor and the engine light went away ! The only
thing now is the engine won't turn over, battery is
fine, does click/sounds like it trying to crank when
you turn the key. The engine just doesn't turn over,
I'm assuming it's the timing but what are your guys
opinion ?

All depends on how hot the engine had gotten. It may be locked up. Make sure the battery is fully charged when trying to start it, and may want to have the starter checked.

The car rapidly over heated but I pulled over right away, there's no funny noises when I try to turn on the car. I feel like when I crank it, it doesn't have power to start, the battery is good and the starter sounds good to. How do fix it if the engine got locked up because I feel like that might be the issue as well!

It would have to be pulled out and rebuilt, or another engine put back in. That is if indeed you can not turn the engine over even by hand. Pull all the spark plugs and try to turn it over.
